Organizational Event Support is designed for nonprofits, community organizations, social clubs, chapters, committees, brands, and other groups that may already have an event plan in place but need professional assistance with specific pieces of the experience.

Instead of paying for services your organization doesn't need, PRE will create a custom scope based on the areas where your team needs support.

Support may include:

• Vendor research, sourcing, and outreach

• Vendor quote collection and comparison

• Decor sourcing and coordination

• Design and development of decor moments or event activations

• Rental sourcing and coordination

• Event signage and branded experience planning

• Guest experience enhancements

• Vendor communication and follow-up

• Event logistics support

• Setup and installation coordination

• On-site support, when requested

• Additional project-based event support

This service is ideal for organizations that have an internal team managing the overall event but need PRE to take ownership of selected workstreams, vendor outreach, decor moments, or guest-facing experiences.

Organizational Event Support begins at $300. Final pricing is based on the requested scope, number of deliverables, vendor involvement, event size, timeline, and level of coordination required.

Vendor costs, rentals, decor purchases, printing, installation expenses, staffing, delivery fees, and other third-party expenses are separate from PRE's service fee unless specifically included in your custom proposal.
